Cancellation Policy

1. Pre-Execution Cancellation

Donors may request order cancellation and full refund if the request is submitted prior to field allocation or procurement of the endowment items.

2. Ineligibility Post-Execution

In accordance with Islamic endowment jurisprudence, cancellation is not possible once items have entered the distribution stream or field execution has commenced.

3. Submission Procedure

Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to our support team via WhatsApp or the contact form, including the Order ID and donor details.

4. Verification & Processing

Requests are audited within 24 hours against operational fulfillment logs; approved cancellations receive immediate written confirmation.
